How Water is "Made"

Bottling Water at Harford GlenSeveral Cayuga Nation administrators visited Harford Glen Water in early May 2026 to learn how water is made.Crissy Murphy, General Manager of Great Swamp (pictured center) led a tour from right where the water comes from (the aquifer) right on through the cleaning process, bottling, labelling, packing, and shipping.This was a first-time visit for some of the visitors, which included Karl Cheney, Director of Non-Gaming Operations (pictured left), Brooke Colizzi, Director of Administration (pictured 2nd), Tim Patchen, Director of Finance (pictured right), and Jeff Macharyas, Communications & Marketing Manager (not pictured).
